Job Description

Drive business growth across the UK and Nordics region by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities.

About This Role:

We're seeking a results-driven professional to build strategic client relationships and deliver impactful IT solutions.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK and Nordics markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Understand client challenges and propose tailored IT technology service solutions.
  • Collaborate with presales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design and present best-fit proposals.
  • Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth areas.
  • Update sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end sales of IT technology services.
  • Strong sales track record in the UK and Nordics region.
  • Ability to develop C-level relationships and consultative selling expertise.
  • Strong understanding of IT services (consulting, managed services, digital transformation, cloud, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, as required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
