About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Haitian Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the machine tool industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote Haitian Group's products, including gantry machining centers, vertical machining centers, and horizontal machining centers, to customers in the machine tool industry.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities to expand the company's influence in the market.

    ">
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and goals.

    ">
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, negotiation, and deal closing.

    ">
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

    ">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and technological developments to continuously improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

    ">
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the machine tool industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.

    ">
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical customers.

    ">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.

Salary: $120,000 per year, plus commission.
