Regional Sales Director for Public Sector

About the Role:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow Public Sector revenues in India
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and execute a GTM Plan to achieve / exceed sales quota
- Develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives
- Nurture public sector channels and manage complex sales strategies
- Effectively engage sales resources: SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams and Executives on the development and implementation of customer account plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven sales experience – ideally from within cyber security
- Experience of managing, growing and taking ownership public sector business
- Previous experience of at least 5 years as a manager
- A proven sales background of consistent achievement against quota
- Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills
