**Role:** Sales Engineer
This role is responsible for driving sales and business growth for Arora Technologies P. Ltd by maintaining a strong relationship with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- To achieve the set sales target by generating leads, making sales, and providing excellent customer service.
- Collection on or before agreed terms.
- Performing/coordinating for timely demonstrations to customers.
- Management & Reporting.
- Application Support:
- Support customers on application and product usage.
- Making of application-based videos and sharing with customers on a regular basis.
- Product Management:
- Keep updated with competitive data.
- Management of demo gears.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate with other teams whenever required.
- Qualifications:
- Diploma/BE Mechanical Engineer.
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
