Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer
Job Summary:
- Manage key client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Ensure compliance with all NOV Inc. policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about market developments and competitor activity to drive business growth.
Responsibilities/Accountability:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Lead the day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Maintain regular contact with established customer bases, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Communicate and strategize with the sales team on all related client issues, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans to drive business growth and expand client relationships.
- Proactively identify new ways to build client businesses and grow accounts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client businesses, competition, and industry trends.
- Improve customer perception through exceptional customer service and support.
- Prepare quotes and recommend tool configurations and parameters to clients as needed.
- Oversee field analysis for failed tool investigations.
- Prepare customized technical specifications for clients.
- Interact with the engineering/PL team to answer technical queries from clients.
- Provide details while raising/closing ITrax for failed tools.
- Conduct field visits to run tools and ensure smooth operations.
- Comply with all NOV Inc. policies and procedures.
Facility Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and support to the workshop team as needed.
- Guide responsible parties on iTRAX-related doubts.
- Oversee operations to sales on various aspects of work.
- Raise observations and provide feedback to improve processes.
Qualifications/Experience:
- BE Mechanical or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
