
Microfinance Business Development Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the charge in achieving our disbursement targets while maintaining minimum delinquency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our business model and be able to identify opportunities for growth in new regions and areas.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve daily/weekly collections targets and ensure timely repayment of loans.
- Identify and develop strategies to improve portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience as a sales officer in microfinance or a related field.
- A basic understanding of microfinance business and joint liability group (JLG) models.
- Excellent relationship management, business sourcing, and sales skills.
