We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts. As a Strategic Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify prospective customers and convert them into real business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Acquire and deepen relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high-quality accounts.
  • Portfolio Management: Deepen existing portfolio to maintain customer stickiness.
  • Target Achievement: Meet targets to achieve annual business goals.
  • Performance Improvement: Periodically review under-performing customers and draw action plans for improvement.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Assess and evaluate client needs and generate new revenue through cross-selling opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Efficiently service customers and offer superior products.
  • Marketing Events: Organize marketing events and conferences for new customers.
  • Process Efficiency: Monitor process efficiency and provide inputs for improvement.
  • Product Customization: Work closely with the product team for product customization and process improvements.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and track competition best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
