We are seeking an exceptional Business Transformation Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency. The Business Transformation Specialist acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive transformation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and areas for improvement.
  1. Requirements Gathering & Translation
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  1. Performance Monitoring
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for transformation initiatives.
  • Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, with 1–2 years in AI/ML projects.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative AI).
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to align transformation initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management capabilities (Agile, PMP, or CBAP certification is a plus)
