Key Responsibilities

  • HR Work Transitions: Oversee the transition of HR work into regional locations, ensuring smooth handovers and knowledge transfer.
  • Readiness Activities: Coordinate readiness activities such as resource ramp-up, documentation standardization, and training plans to ensure a successful transition.
  • Transition Governance: Develop and implement transition governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, and performance scorecards.
