Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead multiple HR functions and drive strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Employee Experience
    • Develop and implement a seamless onboarding process from documentation to orientation.
    • Conduct assessments to evaluate training and induction effectiveness.
    • Oversee asset allocation for new joiners.
    • Provide employee support and resolve issues.
  • Policies & Processes Development
    • Design and implement HR policies aligned with company culture and compliance requirements.
    • Build standardized HR processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
    • Maintain organizational hierarchy structures and reporting lines.
  • HR Systems & Reporting Management
    • Drive Keka HRMS adoption and utilization across payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules.
    • Prepare and lead HR reports for management, covering workforce data, attrition, and engagement.
    • Conduct report analysis and implement improvements.
  • Payroll & Compliance Oversight
    • Oversee end-to-end payroll management for accuracy and timeliness.
    • Ensure statutory compliance with TDS, PF, ESIC, and labor laws.
    • Monitor compliance frameworks and regulatory updates.
    • Uphold the Code of Conduct across all employee levels.
  • Performance Management & Employee Relations
    • Support increment meetings based on performance, market trends, and organizational policies.
    • Drive HR Connect initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and culture.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • a+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS (preferably Keka).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Ability to lead policy/building initiatives and foster innovation in HR practices.
