Strategic HR Business Partner

An HR Business Partner Manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between an organization's workforce and their business model. As a strategic advisor, they work closely with business leaders to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, training, and development.
- Support Human Resources functions and administration, including record maintenance in multiple HR systems.
- Manage complex employee relations investigations and drive organizational structure and strategic alignment.
- Analyze internal and external trends, data, and metrics to develop solutions and programs.
- Lead various initiatives, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, and diversity and performance management.
- Strong team building, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
