A strategic Business Development Lead role driving impactful growth through B2B sales initiatives.

Job Description

This senior business operations position focuses on program governance, reporting, and customer engagement tracking to ensure visibility across B2B sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations with expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design executive-level presentations for B2B Sales customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Analyze customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to present a unified view to leadership.
  • Prepare weekly/quarterly business reports for the CEO Office by coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Track key sales programs and initiatives ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA preferred Engineering/Technical background is beneficial.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management corporate strategy consulting or sales operations.
  • Mandatory B2B Sales experience exposure to customer-facing business environments.
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel executive storytelling + data representation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized detail-oriented comfortable working in fast-paced high-visibility projects.
