Product Coordinator

Job Description

The Product Coordinator is responsible for actively engaging with the sales team to resolve day-to-day hurdles related to products and processes. This involves coordinating with various functions like IT, Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to resolve queries on time and provide ad-hoc support whenever required.

The role also entails identifying product gaps, conducting research on product development, testing the viability of products and processes, communicating new product launches, and ensuring adequate training interventions on systems and processes while monitoring progress and publishing figures.

In addition, the Product Coordinator will drive employee contests and incentives to increase motivation and productivity levels among employees. This includes designing and conducting sales contests and running marketing campaigns to drive the sale of supplementary products such as insurance, etc.

The role requires identifying training needs of the team and ensuring that all employees across regions are trained on products and processes. Furthermore, the Product Coordinator will identify and provide inputs for building technology roadmaps for microfinance businesses and provide ad-hoc marketing support in raising requests from teams and providing collaterals.

Minimum 3 years' experience in managing products and systems is required, with domain-specific experience being a plus point. Experience working on Br Net systems is preferred.
