Job Title:

Sales Growth Manager


Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team in driving sales growth, building long-term relationships with key accounts, and developing innovative strategies to achieve sales objectives.

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets for assigned divisions by developing strategic plans and analyzing market trends.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key accounts through exceptional customer service, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Communicate monthly sell-out targets to stores and merchandisers, ensuring execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement innovative tools and initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze detailed monthly reports to inform business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5–8 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, focusing on the On-Trade channel.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.
