Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Efforts: Develop and execute strategies to close new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and onboard exceptional candidates to meet client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations.
  • Project Delivery: Coordinate with designers, developers, recruiters, and media buyers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues before they impact the business.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, hiring/recruitment, account management, or operations.
  • A proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Based in Mumbai with regular office attendance at Peddar Road.
