Job Title: Senior Director of Business Development

Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Business Development to lead our commercial leasing team in driving business growth and revenue expansion. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

The key objectives of this role include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve year-over-year revenue growth
  • Identifying and closing large transactions to contribute to team closure
  • Tracking business key milestones and identifying areas for improvement
  • Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity

In addition, you will be expected to:

  • Prepare annual and monthly target vacancy lists and identified client lists
  • Closure exposure across asset classes
  • Ensure Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met by the team
  • Sales closures and overall team sales targets
  • Team building and work monitoring
  • Ensuring Work, Health & Safety policy implementation
