Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Capture Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of bids, proposals, pricing operations, and sales reporting processes to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience in bid and proposal management, sales and commission reporting, pricing operations, client engagement, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bidding and submission process, secure approvals, and ensure timely client submission.
  • Conduct post-bid follow-ups, track milestones, identify competitors, and update stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end reporting cycle by exporting daily sales reports from Cantaloupe and uploading to FileMaker Pro for vendor communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF tools.
  • Hands-on experience with FileMaker Pro, VendTrak, and Cantaloupe.
  • Proven ability to manage bids, proposals, and procurement documentation.
  • Experience preparing client-facing reports, pricing models, and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
