Key Account Specialist

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth and revenue.

Job Description:

The Key Account Specialist will work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. This includes visiting partner branches, interacting with bank branch managers, and ensuring sales targets are met on every parameter.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints, and ensure prompt claim settlement and renewal processes.

Requirements:
  • Graduation or Post Graduate degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Services
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
