Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in advertising and media sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate ad-sales and business development, with excellent networking skills and the ability to generate annual revenues of over 25 crores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in advertising and media sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in the market.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and meet performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or related field.
  • At least 15 years experience in corporate ad-sales and business development.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
