Responsibilities
- Generate Revenue: Achieve monthly & annual sales targets through corporate/brand event deals.
- Acquire Clients: Target decision-makers in FMCG, Tech, Automotive, Finance, Sports, and Lifestyle sectors.
- Manage Relationships: Build long-term partnerships ensuring repeat business.
- Lead Proposals & Pitching: Create winning presentations, proposals & budgets.
- Stay Informed: Stay ahead with insights on industry trends & competitors.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, production, and operations teams.
- Deliver Events: Oversee end-to-end delivery — logistics, vendors, and post-event reporting.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).
- Network: Strong corporate connects with marketing & procurement heads.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Event production, costing & budgeting know-how.
