Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Solapur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves frequent client interactions, visiting potential properties, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in generating and managing sales leads
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market
  • Basic understanding of marketing strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus
