Reports To Sales ManagerJob Summary The Executive - New Sales will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the elevators and escalators sector This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to establish relationships with clients to drive revenue growth Key Responsibilities 1 Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elevators and escalators market - Generate leads through networking industry events and digital channels 2 Client Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients - Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings and solutions 3 Sales Strategy Execution - Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust the sales approach as necessary 4 Proposal Development - Prepare detailed proposals quotations and contracts in response to client inquiries - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals meet client specifications 5 Sales Reporting - Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline and customer interactions in the CRM system - Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management 6 Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns - Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution 7 Market Research - Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and potential sales opportunities - Stay informed about technological advancements and industry best practices 8 Customer Support - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Follow up with client s post-sale to build long-term relationships Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in business Engineering or related field - 2-4 years of experience in sales preferably in the elevators and escalators industry - Demonstrated ability to generate leads negotiate contracts and close deals - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities - Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Other Requirements - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities ref updazz com
