Job Title: Managing Principal

We are seeking a seasoned executive to oversee a large-scale portfolio focused on serving Banking and Finance clients in Data & AI space.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management, along with proven experience in delivering complex projects for Banking and Finance clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project and Delivery Management:
    • Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector.
    • Manage and lead a team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, financial performance, and quality standards.
    • Ensure effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes are in place for all projects.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
    • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and ensure alignment with delivered solutions.
  • Management Consulting:
    • Provide expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Lead sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Financial Performance Management:
    • Own a significant portfolio, ensuring profitability and responsible financial management.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
  • 18+ years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • A proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio in the Banking and Finance domain focusing on Data & AI service offerings.
  • Experience in managing teams of professionals across multiple locations.
