  • Key responsibilities include:
">
  • Update and manage portfolio details of various private equity funds.
  • Create pre-defined investor-specific quarterly reporting templates and update them as required.
  • Analyze PE Funds performance by reviewing fund cash flows and quarterly/financial reports.
  • Calculate fund valuation data such as investment cost, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiple, gross/net IRR, and financial KPIs like revenue, EBITDA, net debt, valuation/leverage multiples etc.
  • Track operational KPIs and operational updates on a regular basis.
  • Create and update fund track records and reconcile the data using cash flow notices.
  • Perform calculations to determine fund multiples and IRRs using cash flows and conduct various fund analytics like attribution and value creation analysis.
  • Reconcile portfolio-level operational data including geographical presence, headquarters, and portfolio leverage.
  • Collaborate with different teams to obtain necessary information on time and maintain constant communication with clients regarding task status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Post-graduate or CFA/CA/MBA/CCRA/CIIA/CAIA equivalent qualifications.
  • 1-10 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in management reporting or operational finance, along with some research experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and software applications like Power BI and Microsoft Access is an added advantage.
  • A strong ability to work independently, delving into projects while paying attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work proactively and identify ways to enhance processes, procedures, or outcomes that benefit the organization.
  • Capacity to prioritize a large and varied workload, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to show initiative, learn new skills, and take on additional responsibilities as a contributing team member.
  • Solutions-focused approach with ability to work in unstructured environments with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of MS Office with strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
