Key Responsibilities Include Designing Compensation Structures, Determining Salary Ranges, And Managing Annual Salary Revision Exercises Through Surveys. This Role Requires Driving Compensation And Benefits Practices Individuality Under The Supervision Of A Total Rewards Leader.

The Professional Will Be Responsible For Consulting With And Educating Senior Leaders And Managers On The Company's Compensation Philosophy, Policies, And Structures. They Will Also Research And Analyze Market Data To Develop Compensation Structures, Undertake Job Evaluations To Ensure Fairness And Perception Of Pay Differences, And May Prepare Requests For Proposals And Shortlist Vendors.

Additional Responsibilities Include Working Closely With Senior Leadership, HR, And Benefits Teams To Build Consensus And Support For Health And Wellbeing Strategy. Focusing On Communication And Branding Of Associate Benefits, And Driving Insurance Renewal For The Entity. The Role Also Involves Developing An Approach For Administering Health And Wellbeing Programs In Collaboration With Local And Global Teams, Driving Vendor Market Intelligence Across The Broader Benefits Portfolio, And Helping The Organization Optimize Return On Investment.

This Role Requires Maintaining A Deep Expertise In Budgeting, Vendor Assessment, Data Requirement Gathering, Project Management, And Process Design & Governance. Awareness Of Market Landscape And Practices Specifically In Health And Mental Wellbeing. Strong Network Of Peers In Competitor Organizations.

Requirements For This Role Include 10-12 Years Of Experience In Compensation & Benefits, An Experienced Graduate In Any Discipline Or MBA Finance / HR, Prior Experience In People Leadership With Expertise In Benefits Portfolio Management, Preferably From A Technology, Technology-Enabled, ECommerce Organization Or Broker Industries. Strong Presentation Skills, Communication, And Ability To Handle Large Size Data In Excel Are Desirable.
