Job Overview

About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements and related business process analysis, configuration validation system integration, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plans for multiple countries
  • Collaborate with technical teams to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements
  • Resolve issues identified during Critical Resolution Processes (CRPs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Work closely with data teams to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct Universal Data Types (UDTs) or External tables
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
