Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional Consultant Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk modules.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for effective techno-functional support in enterprise business process areas.

Your primary focus will be on providing technical assistance and guidance on the setup and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant role.
  • Hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Strong knowledge of process flow, set-up, and common solutions to modules known in HCM.
  • Expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
