Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team. As a seasoned expert in cloud-based human capital management, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent & Learn. You should have experience with end-to-end implementation, requirement workshops, and functional design specification documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirements workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Design and implement complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports
  • Configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
  • Work closely with small and large teams to deliver projects on time
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud life cycle implementation projects

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
  • Strong understanding of business processes and cloud-based solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
