Job Title: Functional Lead - HCM Solutions

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hire-to-retire cycle and experience in implementing end-to-end HCM solutions.
  • The successful candidate will have:
  • 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in Human Capital Management covering the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Expert working experience in one or more of these modules: Onboarding, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits Administration, Organization Management, Security, and Helpdesk.
  • An in-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills, as well as organizational awareness and sensitivity.
  • Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Managers.
  • Ability to assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
