Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in IFS applications to join our team as a Senior Functional Consultant.

This role is at the forefront of IFS implementations, working closely with customers and solution architects to deliver cutting-edge industry solutions in the Field Service Management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business processes aligned with customer needs.
  • Lead functional workshops to uncover and document requirements, creating functional solutions that meet specific business needs.
  • Configure IFS applications to ensure they meet operational requirements.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants to achieve performance goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, understanding their real needs and offering suggestions for improvement using best practices and industry standards.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and solution architects to understand business needs and operational processes.
  • Run workshops for clients, mapping and documenting business processes, use cases, and requirements to be configured within the IFS application.
  • Assist in completing Business Requirement Documents and Solution Design Documents outlining project scope and timelines.
  • Develop and execute demos of the IFS application for clients and internal teams.
  • Provide training, education, coaching, and support to team members as needed.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for configuring the IFS application to functional requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest IFS releases and developments through IFS Learning Academy training and hands-on experience.
  • Participate in IFS upgrades and releases following documented procedures.
  • Support pre-sales activities with functional expertise.
  • Offer guidance on functional solutions, workarounds, and recommendations based on client needs and project requirements.
