Job Title: Senior Accounting Specialist

 

The organization seeks a seasoned Senior Accounting Specialist to oversee the entire accounting function. This is a critical role that requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliances, and efficient management practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage sales, purchase entries, billing processes, and timely reconciliation & filing of GST returns.
  • Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, manage statutory compliances, and perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions and utilize Bizzy Accounting Software for all accounting tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Senior Accountant / Assistant Accounts Manager is essential.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Hands-on experience with Bizzy software or similar accounting tools.
  • Able to work independently and take full ownership of accounting operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
