Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM professional to join our team. With a minimum of 5 years and up to 18 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for HR Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefits, and HR Help Desk.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud tools, including HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.
  • Proven expertise in Process Flow, Set-up Knowledge, and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM.
  • A minimum of 3 modules' working experience is mandatory, with a focus on Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.
  • Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with a solid understanding of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization.
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for enterprise business processes.
