High-Ticket Sales Representative

About the Opportunity

This is a long-term role for professionals who thrive in high-stakes sales environments. As a sales representative, you will engage with warm prospects to identify their goals and guide them into programs that cater to their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be fluent in English and Hindi, and have strong on-camera presence and objection handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run 4–6 qualified Zoom calls daily (≈ 100–120 / month)
  • Maintain a 10–15 %+ live close rate
  • Revive old leads and self-book 20–30 calls/month
  • Keep CRM notes and follow-ups sharp
  • Participate in daily huddles, training sessions, and coaching reviews

Compensation:

  • Base draw: ₹20 - ₹25 K / month
  • Commission: 7–10 % on collected cash + bonuses for pay-in-full deals and outbound wins
  • No income cap—the more you close, the more you earn
