We are seeking an experienced executive to cultivate relationships with international organisations and clients, expand product exports to existing and new markets, and ensure consistent growth in export sales.
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential organisations, importers, hospitals, and clients in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international customers.
- Optimise pricing strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
- Market Development:
- Develop a strategic plan for expanding product exports to existing and new markets.
- Identify potential markets and segments with the highest growth potential.
- Evaluate and adjust the strategy based on market dynamics and competition.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on international market trends, trade regulations, and economic factors.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in different regions.
- Country Import Regulations & Customs Laws:
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements in various countries.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding export sales targets.
- Will travel internationally as required.
- Adaptable to different international markets and cultures.
- Proficient in Generative AI tools usage, email writing, MS Office, international B2B client connection, and online marketing tools.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Business, Business Management (Sales & Marketing), Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical/Hospital Management).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an International B2B sales and business development role in a pharmaceutical/healthcare/medical device company is mandatory.
