We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our talent development initiatives. As a Senior Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that enhance employee capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product & process training, with a minimum of 15 years of experience. They will possess excellent project management skills, strong emotional intelligence, and decision-making abilities. Additionally, they will have expertise in collaboration, leadership, cultural awareness, and inclusion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic training plans to support business objectives
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
  • Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business success
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in product & process training
  • Strong Emotional Intelligence and Decision Making skills

  • Project Management certification
