We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our India team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include managing talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and global initiatives with country teams
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Support in the development and implementation of global HR programs
- Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
