About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR leader to head the Human Resources Operations function across our organization. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, and managing a team of senior HR leaders across multiple sites and corporate locations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end HR Operations, including multiple sites and corporate teams
  • Managing and mentoring Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams
  • Driving implementation and governance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Taking ownership of Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation
  • Strengthening and scaling HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms
  • Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions
  • Proactively handling grievance redressal, workplace practices, and policy implementation
  • Defining and implementing best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency, standardization, and employee experience
  • Acting as a key liaison with internal stakeholders including senior leadership and business heads
Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • MBA in HR from Top Tier Institutes
  • 20 + years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, while managing complex operational details
  • Must have experience reporting to CXO/CHRO level leadership
