Job Title: Global HR Operations Leader

The role of the Global HR Operations Leader is pivotal in driving transformation through process standardization and data-driven insights. This leader will lead the delivery of scalable, efficient, and employee-centric HR services across global operations.

This position is essential in ensuring seamless service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement within a defined framework.

Main Responsibilities:
  • HR Service Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes across global entities.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • HR Helpdesk Operations: Oversee HR helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of employee queries.
  • Process Harmonization: Drive harmonization of HR processes across global teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Automation and Scalability: Champion automation and scalability using platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with global labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Risk Assessment and Audits: Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to uphold operational integrity and mitigate risks.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with HR COEs, regional HR leaders, and business stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, service performance, and employee experience.
  • Dashboard Reporting: Deliver dashboards and reports to senior leadership to support data-driven decision making.
  • Operational Scaling: Lead the strategic scaling of global operations by expanding service scope, increasing delivery capacity, and enhancing operating models to support global growth and transformation initiatives.
