We are seeking a visionary HR leader to spearhead our human resources strategy.

  • This key role will oversee all aspects of HR, driving business growth and productivity through effective workforce management.

This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our business objectives.

  • You will also play a critical role in managing industrial relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • A strong educational background, ideally with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all plant-level HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Manage industrial relations, maintaining strong union/worker relationships while ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems.
  • Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations in line with factory and distillery operations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting productivity and workforce efficiency.
  • Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness and transparency.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be based at our sugar and distillery plant, working closely with our production team to drive business success.
