Role Overview

As CTO you will set the technology vision and strategy while remaining actively involved in product development. You'll be responsible for building a lean, high-impact engineering team, ensuring robust, scalable and secure technology foundations that support our ambitions in gaming, data analytics, and content distribution.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record as a technology leader (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent) in a high-growth start-up or gaming company with clear understanding of building social products.
  • Strong coding skills with a willingness to be a hands-on leader for the next phase of development.
  • Experience architecting and scaling consumer-facing platforms (preferably in gaming, sports, media, or data services).
  • Familiarity with real-time data systems, AWS and mobile/web development.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, data privacy, and secure transaction systems in India.
  • Ability to build and inspire small teams while operating in a resource-constrained, entrepreneurial environment.
