Strategic Route to Market Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Route to Market Lead to join our consulting team at Thoucentric.
Job OverviewThis leadership role will focus on developing and implementing innovative RTM strategies for our clients across various industries, utilizing market dynamics, customer behavior, and distribution channels to drive client success.
Key Responsibilities- Practice Development:
• Lead the development and evolution of the Route to Market/Offline Commerce practice, defining the strategic vision and goals, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the market to enhance the practice's methodologies and tools, driving business growth and innovation.
- Delivery Management:
• Oversee the delivery of consulting services by ensuring adherence to established quality standards and best practices, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and project outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback and concerns, proactively addressing issues to ensure successful project outcomes and enhance client relationships.
- Capability Development:
• Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and ensure that training initiatives align with the evolving needs of the business and industry trends, enhancing consultant capabilities and performance.
• Assist in identifying/preparing the appropriate courses/trainings to upskill consultants, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to meet client demands and drive business results.
• Maintain a comprehensive skill map for consultants and utilize this mapping to effectively allocate resources to projects, ensuring the right expertise is applied to meet client needs and drive successful outcomes.
- Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts within the RTM practice, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment that drives business success and employee engagement.
• Establish partnerships with product partners, technology providers, and other stakeholders to enhance service offerings, drive business growth, and stay competitive in the market.
- Thought Leadership:
• Contribute to the firm's intellectual property by developing white papers, case studies, and presentations that reflect the practice's insights and expertise, showcasing thought leadership and establishing the company as a trusted advisor in the industry.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, webinars, and seminars as a subject matter expert in Route to Market strategies, enhancing the company's reputation and driving business opportunities.
- Pre-Sales:
• Lead the creation and delivery of customized proposals, POCs, etc. for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives, and positioning the company as a preferred partner for RTM solutions.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in General Mgmt., Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in consulting, marketing, or sales strategy, with a focus on Route to Market models
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful RTM strategies for diverse clients
- Proven ability to interact and influence CXO level stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentations skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
