Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Operations Lead to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our multi-channel marketing engagements.

As a Senior Marketing Business Analyst, you will work closely with account team leads to deliver high-quality results on time. Your primary responsibility will be to define new campaigns, reports, and analysis, and execute existing client campaigns and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create campaign business requirement documents based on client discovery and intake.
  • Follow the SDLC to build multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating functional specifications, complex campaign flowcharts/workflows, conducting unit/end-to-end testing, and deploying campaigns.
  • Build waterfall and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.
  • Proactively improve delivery quality, repeatability, and on-time delivery of campaigns.
  • Effectively lead client meetings, understand deliverables, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement best practices, standards, methodologies, etc., around campaign processes and automation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of CRM solutions, marketing concepts, and marketing channels like direct mail, email, mobile, etc.
  • Experience executing high-complexity, multi-channel marketing programs across multiple domains/industries like healthcare, retail, banking financial services, etc.
  • Hands-on working experience on marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or HCL UNICA Campaign or Adobe Campaign.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to understand, analyze, and interpret campaign data output.
  • Ability to translate business campaign strategy into business requirement document functional specifications, create, and execute test plans.
  • Good understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts.
  • Expert SQL skills and ability to write queries for data manipulation.
  • Ability to write HTML and JavaScript (preferred).
  • Detailed-oriented, able to multitask, prioritize, and quickly change priorities.
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
