About the Role

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead our company into a globally competitive enterprise, expanding markets and upgrading operations and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end Profit & Loss (P&L) and value creation;
  • Drive market expansion in India and exports with focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals;
  • Build a predictable order book and margin profile;
  • Modernize manufacturing processes and deploy capital expenditures (capex) with Internal Rate of Return (IRR)/Return on Investment (ROI) discipline;
  • Lead digital/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation and institutionalize data-driven governance;
  • Represent the company with customers and industry bodies;
  • Establish a performance culture with clear Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
What We're Looking For
  • 18+ years in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results;
  • Track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets;
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment;
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
