Job Title

We are seeking an exceptional Cybersecurity Enterprise Architect Lead to join our organization. This is a senior leadership role that will drive strategic cybersecurity initiatives across large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and roadmaps to ensure the security of our enterprise environment.
  • Security Architecture: Design and implement robust security architectures, including network security, application security, data security, and identity access management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage global teams of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure team success.
  • Cybersecurity Governance: Oversee the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks to protect our organization's assets and reputation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams to align cybersecurity solutions with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in IT with minimum 10+ years in cybersecurity leadership roles within enterprise environments.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven mastery of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, and encryption techniques.
  • Security Architecture: Strong foundation in security architecture, risk management, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated experience leading large global teams and managing complex, enterprise-level cybersecurity transformation projects.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proven ability to architect and implement robust cybersecurity solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership and technical audiences.
  • Industry Recognition: Thought leadership through published work, conference participation, or recognized expertise in cybersecurity domains preferred.
