Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to manage and execute our ambitious portfolio of initiatives.

Job Overview

The Senior Manager will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain the 36-month phased roadmap, ensuring timely execution and deliverables.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives, develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement: Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate and NGO partner goals, ensuring deliverables for sponsors are met with excellence.

This is a high-visibility leadership role, working directly with the executive team, event partners, and sponsors globally.

Qualifications
  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
