Strategic AI/ML Leader

Job Summary:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving organizational understanding of AI/ML capabilities and collaborating with senior leadership to propose strategic use of AI/ML to enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business processes and develop solutions leveraging AI & Analytics technologies.
  • Work with functional heads to solve business challenges in managing and growing their portfolio using AI & Analytics solutions.
  • Translate business problems into analytical problems and build solutions using AI/ML techniques to drive strategic initiatives end to end.
  • Develop approach to scale AI/ML agenda through various AI/ML solutions.
  • Enable business decision making and co-create data-driven business strategy through storytelling with data and presenting insights to top business leaders.
  • Build and manage external relationships with cross-industry/academia forums for outside-in perspective and new innovative approaches.
  • Drive AI & Analytics projects end to end including conceptualization, development, implementation, and continuous monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, etc., from top-tier institutes.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles.
  • Strong collaborator with demonstrated abilities to influence and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize, and govern project execution.
  • Passion for AI/ML/Data Science/Gen AI through developed solutions.
  • Hands-on experience and detailed knowledge of Analytics/ML/Deep tech/GenAI technologies and applications.
