Portfolio Manager Opportunity

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end credit underwriting and monitoring of personal loan portfolios through digital channels.

The primary objectives include:

  • Developing and implementing credit underwriting policies based on product constructs.
  • Collaborating with Data Science teams to analyze underwriting models and validate their performance on existing portfolios.
  • Determining performance benchmarks and identifying corrective actions in case of breach.
  • Automating credit policies to minimize manual intervention in assessing creditworthiness.
  • Developing pricing strategies based on customer segmentation.
  • Standardizing policies and processes.
  • Monitoring portfolio profitability and funnel metrics along with risk thresholds.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Conduct regular portfolio analysis and make recommendations for policy changes to senior leadership.
  • Periodically review existing portfolios and conduct various analyses to identify high-risk segments.
  • Take proactive measures to mitigate risks identified based on portfolio performance.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts to ensure achievement of company standards or benchmarks for delinquency.
  • Identify technological solutions to improve existing processes and overall portfolio management functions.
  • Analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) to monitor portfolio performance and risk.
