Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Partnerships:
    • Pursue and maintain relationships with schools, test prep providers, and university admissions teams.
    • Establish a strong presence at conferences and networking events to foster connections.
    • Design effective outreach strategies to engage with key stakeholders.
  • Student Guidance & Support:
    • Provide one-on-one guidance to students on academic pathways and career goals.
    • Assist students with applications, including essays and supplemental documents.
    • Offer expertise on standardized tests and scholarship opportunities.
  • School & University Outreach:
    • Foster partnerships with schools for webinars, consultations, and workshops.
    • Organize engaging events to connect with students, parents, and educators.
    • Cultivate opportunities for guest lectures, mentorship sessions, and university fairs.
  • Market Expansion & Sales:
    • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
    • Engage with prospective clients through phone and video calls.
    • Develop sales strategies to convert partnerships into revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Maintain a high-quality experience for students, parents, and partners.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and partnership management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution (preferably in Business or Marketing).
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (education experience beneficial but not necessary).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
  • Understanding of university admissions and student support programs is essential.
