Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the company's overall strategy, growth, and expansion in alignment with EcoBharat's vision.
  • Oversee purchasing, procurement, and supply chain operations ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
  • Drive sales and business development, expanding market reach and increasing revenue streams.
  • Manage P&L responsibility with proven capability in handling turnover between ₹50–100 Cr.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate growth.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and sustainable business practices.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in purchasing, sales, or business operations.
  • Proven track record of managing business turnover of ₹50–100 Cr.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic decision-making ability.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale businesses sustainably.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
