Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our revenue operations, driving strategic growth and process improvement across the organization.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive RevOps strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Lead the management of GTM systems and tools, streamlining processes and enhancing data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), driving business outcomes through data analysis and insights.
  • Standardize and optimize revenue cycle processes, from lead qualification to pipeline management and renewals.
  • Promote cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.

Professional Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, and proficiency in reporting/BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with leadership teams.
